Yes. We do not run fixed routes. You choose any pick-up and any drop-off, for example Ipoh to Genting Highlands, Seremban to Penang or Kuantan to Kuala Lumpur, and we quote one fixed price for that exact journey.

The price depends on the pick-up and drop-off points, the vehicle, the time of day and whether the trip is one-way or return. V-GO confirms a fixed all-in quote before you commit, so you know the total with no meter and no surprise surcharges. Message us on WhatsApp for a quote.

For most private transfers passengers remain seated in the vehicle while the driver handles the process, though officers may occasionally ask passengers to alight or show documents. Always carry a valid passport and complete the required arrival cards for each country.

Without heavy traffic it is usually about 4.5 to 6 hours including the checkpoint and a rest stop. Johor Bahru takes about 1 to 2 hours, Melaka about 3.5 to 4.5 hours and Penang about 9 to 11 hours with rest stops. Weekends and public holidays can take longer.

Our core fleet is the Toyota Alphard and Vellfire premium MPV, seating up to 6 passengers with luggage space. For larger groups we can arrange a second vehicle or a larger van on request.

A daily charter gives you a chauffeured Alphard for a full day, typically 8 to 12 hours, at a fixed day rate. An hourly charter is for shorter needs such as meetings, shopping or a city tour. The minimum hours are stated in your quote.

Yes. We offer meet-and-greet transfers at Changi, Senai, KLIA, KLIA2, Subang, Penang and other airports in West Malaysia, with flight tracking so your chauffeur adjusts to delays. Send your flight number when you book.

Cross-border passenger services must hold the correct Malaysian and Singapore licences and passenger insurance. V-GO operates with licensed vehicles and insured journeys, and you can request our licence details before booking. We recommend asking any operator for the same.

We accept payment by bank transfer, PayNow, cash (SGD or MYR) and other methods confirmed at booking. Free changes and cancellation are available up to a set time before pick-up. The exact window is stated in your quote.

All three. One-way and return transfers are standard, and additional stops can be added within the route for a small, pre-agreed charge. Tell us your plan and we will price it in one quote.

We recommend 24 to 48 hours ahead, and earlier for weekends, public holidays and school breaks. Last-minute requests are welcome. Message us and we will confirm availability quickly.
